Duluth State of the City Address 2024

Mayor Roger J. Reinert delivers his first State of the City Address. Music by the Denfeld Jazz Band, a welcome from Fifth District Councilor Janet Kennedy, remarks by City Council President Roz Randorf and more will open the program, with Mayor Reinert’s speech immediately after. ASL interpretation will be provided in real time.
