The Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce and the Duluth News Tribune provide opportunities to meet candidates running for local office each election season. The forums are open to the public. Duluth City Council District 5 candidates (incumbent Janet Kennedy and Ginka Tarnowski) will be present at this forum.
