The group will weave through the neighborhood, exploring homes, hearing fascinating stories about the people who once lived there and getting an look inside three of the historic properties. This class will focus on gentle movement using yoga and tai ji exercises performed from a seated position (chair or mat) and standing. Breathing techniques in this class are meant to calm the mind and help participants feel more grounded and focused.
