Join Minnesota Master Naturalists for an afternoon of canoeing and kayaking. All are welcome. Park at the main lot just outside the gate and meet at the Wolfski Welcome Center. Participants should bring their own craft, paddles and life jackets if they have them. There will be 5 canoes, 4 kayaks, PFDs and paddles available for those without a watercraft. Veterans to the BWCA is a free trip for veterans to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area for canoeing, fishing and camping in the company of fellow veterans. The trip runs July 22-28. Applications can be picked up at the Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center. Applicants must supply DD214 for veteran status verification.

Participants can take turns leading donkeys while learning facts about them and the Amity Creek trail. Out and Active is a monthly group for outdoor adventures for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. These all-ages, beginner-level outings meet once a month in or around Duluth for a range of activities including hiking, donkey walks, paddling, climbing, dogsledding and more.
