Come join the Arrowhead Native Plant Explorers to learn about native plants and their foraging potential. Wander about Hartley Park to explore a variety of edible and medicinal plants with field trip leader Kelly Popham. Duluth native, Kelly, has learned about plants on walks with friends and field guides. Participants will meet will meet at the main entrance of the nature center. Bug net and tick protection are encouraged.

This is a hands-on class to learn the process and a taste test of the final product will happen. Wear something comfortable, and bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket and or anything else you may need to lay down and relax. Journals are recommended and encouraged, but not necessary.
