Cedar and Stone Nordic Sauna holds communal guided sauna sessions and a natural cold plunge on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Each session is an hour and 15 minutes. Some session times may be sold out. The public-session schedule is available here.

Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College presents the 19th annual Pumpkin Run & Walk 5K. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes or orange clothing to celebrate the theme of the race. The GO Show is for adults age 55 and older who are planning ahead for retirement (or already retired) but still going. GO is an acronym for "getting older." The event features exhibitors, live entertainment, seminars, services and samples.
