The Loaves and Fishes Community will host an Irish Ceili to celebrate St Patrick’s Day and to raise funds for neighbors experiencing homelessness. The Ceili will feature live Irish music and easy traditional group dances. The Ceili is open to people of all ages and abilities. No partner is necessary and all dances are taught. Dance instruction begins at 6 p.m. All are welcome. This is a sober, family-friendly event.

Learn and play with robots. Participants will be introduced to coding with various, easy-to-program robots. These little bots open up the creative side of coding, while promoting problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork. Artists explore different art and sensory offerings at their own pace, freely choosing which stations to engage in. The East Duluth Catholic Parishes are hosting a three-on-three basketball tournament at Stella Maris High School to raise funds for their youth's summer retreat opportunities. There is a youth division for students ages 11-15 and an adult division for individuals ages 15+. Registration for the youth division is $45/team and the adult division is $60/team. Ostara, also known as the spring equinox, is celebrated with an egg dyeing class taught at the Duluth Folk School. Attendees learn how to use flowers and leaves to imprint designs on eggs and how to make and use natural dye from common kitchen items. The class will also teach about the symbolism and tradition of Ostara. Registration is required.
