Sculptor, Jeffrey Tibbetts, is leading a hands on workshop where participants will carve a physical representation of their choosing from stone, and develop an understanding of the Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) world view. This program is intended for those ages 10-14 (accompanied by an adult) and older. Registration is not required, but signing up helps the artist-teacher prepare for the best experience. Writer Katie Perttunen teaches writing within six weeks at Foundations of Flash Fiction. Perttunen has published two books, written for three newspapers and was the poetry editor for an online literary magazine.
