This four-session course is focused on body mindfulness and the exploration of various methods like the Alexander Technique, reiki, kinesiology and several different dance styles. Sessions are from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on June 12, June 19, July 10 and July 24. The cost is $20 per class or pay what you can.
