Jolabokaflod is an Icelandic word, meaning holiday book flood, and tradition that originated during World War II. The Duluth Public Library celebrates this tradition with quiet reading, games, crafts and puzzles. Michelle’s Lefse truck and the Underwood Coffee cart will be serving food and beverages.
