The Duluth Civic Orchestra at Lincoln Park Middle School presents an hour-long program. The concert begins with pieces that reflect on the last couple of years and the orchestra's reuniting. Participants in this workshop create their own essential oil roller blend from a selection of more than 100 organic and wildcrafted choices. Essential oil rollers are pre-diluted applicators that can be customized to any ailment. Each participant will go home with one roller bottle of an essential oil blend of their choice in the carrier oil they choose. Essential oils are very concentrated and can irritate the skin if not diluted. Various workshop times available Dec. 21-24.

The CHUM Christmas Eve Vigil is an opportunity to remember those who have died in the past year who have also spent much of their lives homeless or advocating for those who are homeless. The vigil takes place on the steps of Duluth City Hall and will be led by Deb Holman. Donations of warm weather gear (sleeping bags, tents, gas cards, etc.) will be collected at the event to help keep homeless neighbors warm this winter.

Students will create their own holiday cards in an artists' studio and operating letterpress shop. The project will start with students sketching their own designs before transferring their designs to linoleum blocks and carving the designs into relief images by hand.
