The Christmas City of the North Parade has been an annual holiday tradition in Duluth for six decades. It features marching bands, dance performances, colorful floats and an appearance by Santa Claus. Participants in this workshop will make 15 lip balms using natural, food-grade ingredients. Unlike many commercial lip balms, a natural formula can help to soothe, heal and protect lips, not just seal them beneath a layer of petroleum. Materials and tools are provided.
