Mini Monster Mash at Main Library
A ghoulish dance party, craft and play time. At 11, participants line up for a costume parade before trick-or-treating around the library. The Mini Monster Mash is geared for ages birth to pre-K, but all children and their caregivers are welcome. The event is in the library's Green Room.

A Walk Around Beirut
Dr. Jayson Iwen, Professor and Chair of the Department of Writing, Language and Literature at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, leads the audience on a photographic walking tour of contemporary Beirut and the nearby mountains, sharing images from his trip there last March. UMD Library Rotunda.

Vincent van Ghosts and Ghostbusters
Kids can create a Vincent van Ghost painting by adding ghosts and other creatures to pre-existing art while watching the movie Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. Snacks and candy will be provided. This event is geared towards kids in grades 6-12.
