Spirit Valley Days is an annual four-day extravaganza celebrating the neighborhood of West Duluth. Events run July 31 to Aug. 3. Thursday's events include the Spirit Valley Days Parade at 6 p.m. There will be street closures on 59th Avenue West, Grand Avenue and Central Avenue from 5:30 p.m. until approximately 7:30 p.m.
