I was just downtown and parked at the meters in front of Pizza Luce and the Technology Village. I noticed that the hours that the meters were enforced was until 9pm. It looked like there was a new sticker covering up the old one. When did this change, and does anyone know if it is actually enforced? I just noticed it, could have been there for a while before.

Duluth Superior Pride is looking for an artist type to design our logo! We have two theme ideas for you to base your work on. 1. Some version of “These colors don’t run” or “After 25 years, These colors still don’t run” that incorporated the queer rainbow. 2. Silver going for the Gold. ( A play on 25 being the silver anniversary since its our 25th anniversary of the Pride Festival in the Twin Ports.)
Once again, the City of Duluth has posted a job opening for the position of Aerial Lift Bridge Operator.
I’ve always thought that if I had this job, I could go around calling myself “Mr. Duluth.” It is, from an outsider’s standpoint at least, pretty much the classic Duluth job.
I am wondering where to look for a community education-type cooking class in Duluth. Any suggestions?
We are currently seeking to fill a small group of 3-4 young minds (3 and 4 year olds) for informal Spanish instruction in our home to run for 4 to 6 weeks at which point the venue may switch to a Hermantown location. The idea is to integrate play, activities and normal child behavior with learning a foreign language.
