My bicycle was stolen off of my back porch the other night. It is a great bike so I am looking for anyone who can help regarding this matter. I would be thrilled to compensate you for your trouble with whatever means you desire (money, a Brewhouse growler).
Here are some specks:
TREK S.U. 1.0

I heard about a disc golf course in Lincoln Park. Where is it located?
Also, are there other courses around that I am not aware of? I know of Mont du Lac, and the three located by the colleges (LSC, Scholastica, UMD). I am missing any others?
I am looking at trying to plan a bike ride from Duluth to Madison, and maybe back. I was wondering if anyone out there:
– Had done this trip
– Knew of good resources for planning such a trip
– Had suggestions on a good route

I am wondering if folks who use the trail along Amity Creek between Amity Road and Maxwell/Skyline have issues with horseback riding in that area. My daughter and her friends ride their horses there when it is dried up in late spring into the fall. I also use the trail for hiking and mountain biking and like to see the trail kept as multi-use. I’m just looking for comments to see if there have been any problems encountered by folks using the trail. Please, no horse poop jokes. Thanks.

“Wright Around Ya,” the always smiling Jammer for the Harbor City Rollerdames,, led the team to a big victory tonight over Fargo. Part ballerina, part .44 caliber bullet as she rockets around the track in Pioneer Hall, “Wright Around Ya” worked her way through the crowds to score — a lot, as did Killer Cleta and Gypsy. All the team deserves a nod, but I’d love to see “Wright Around Ya” featured in an article in the DNT or on Fox 21.
[I missed Mic Wicked, who set the circle on fire the last time I watched the Dames. But the Norwegian Squirrel is doing alright.]
I have a question, though. The games seemed a much slower pace tonight — I realized that the pack was circling the track a lot slower, sometimes almost stopped. What is up with that kind of play? I’d love to hear from an expert. And I’d love an actual score — I forgot to write it down.

Two of Duluth’s strongest endurance cyclists completed an amazing feat today in Iowa. The Trans-Iowa is a two-day, 300-mile bike race on mostly gravel backroads that starts at 4 a.m. on Saturday morning and finishes when you either cross the finish line or quit, which many people do. To win, you have to pretty much ride without stopping for a little more than 24 hours.
