Another band with Duluth roots is appearing on a National Public Radio-distributed show. Trampled by Turtles will be featured in the first hour of The Mountain Stage this Saturday, Dec. 18. The program airs from 8-10am on 103.3FM KUMD.
Retribution Gospel Choir will be interviewed on the national program the World Cafe on 103.3 KUMD today. The show runs 3-5 p.m., interview will be in the first hour.
I saw this on a UMD bulletin board among all the “House for Rent” and “For Sale” fliers. It made me laugh.
Once again KUMD 103.3 will feature Homegrown artists Live from Studio A all week long. If you miss a session they’ll be archived at kumd.org.

I live on 24th Avenue West, which gets a lot of traffic. Every year I find a few of these by the side of the street. Any suggestions on good uses for stray hubcaps?
