…but my loss could be your gain! I’ve taken a new job in St. Paul and, as such, am selling my beloved little Lakeside house.
Please stop by my OPEN HOUSE this Saturday, March 28th, from 1-3pm to see this place in person. If you can’t make it then, I will probably have another the following weekend at the same time (check the paper or my website).

I really do think this place is uniquely charming– and not just because it’s mine. It has a great layout, beautful crown moulding, tons of storage space, and a nice big backyard (complete with lilacs and apple trees). Please visit www.909n49th.com for all of the details (& more photos) and contact info.
I bought this house in August, 2005 for $175,000– since then, it has been updated through-out, including converting from oil to a high-efficiency gas furnace, brand new roofing, new carpeting, new bathroom cabinets, etc. But… sigh… the market is not what it was in 2005, so I’m letting this one go for $184,900. Hopefully someone will love this house as much as I have.
