Thanks for the support!

Thanks for watching our video and clicking either like or dislike on it! I love/respect ALL types of women.  I was raised by women who all support my music.  I have other songs written about women in a positive and negative way.  Have I been with a big girl?  Maybe!  Maybe not! My aunt that baby sat me growing up (and my biggest supporter) is a plus-sized female and straight up loves the song.  I've sold many "Hey Big Girl" T-shirts to girls that are big and beautiful.  I'll defend any music I come out with.  It's all love from this side though! Did you listen to the other tracks?

I hear what you're all saying.  The song is not for you, but as you can see from the video, more people like it than dislike it. Perfect Duluth Day definitely ain't the spot to blog about hip hop. It is what it is. Like I said before, check out some of my other music above and you'll probably dig it. 

At Electric Fetus, I won an award where my CD and bio were featured for a month (twice) in the front of the store for "Minneconomy" or something like that. I've only really dealt with Carrie Brown, who is one of the nicest, coolest women that I've met, and she writes me checks!  The majority (not all) of other people at Electric Fetus are rude to me every time I go in to buy a record or see how mine is doing. Either way I always appreciate Electric Fetus and especially Carrie Brown for selling my CDs, which even peaked at #6.  Not bad for a cat from West Duluth.

Minneconomy felt like an award for my talent, even though I didn't get a trophy or a hug from someone.  I'll always love Electric Fetus and continue to buy from there, even though I get eyes rolled at me and no smile or conversation from some people working, but I always show respect. It's all good though, I'm not gonna trip about it!  The ladies working are always nice to me, but since this video dropped, who knows!

This video just came out.  My guys from high school showed me the track and I added to it then we made a video.  When we perform it at shows, fans know it word for word and that's the best feeling.  It's a ridiculous, cheesy, comedy rap video which is easy to hate on a blog.  Did you watch us dance at the end of it?  Yeah. That's exactly what we're going for on this one and it proved to work here.  It was a publicity stunt for me hoping that some of you might love/hate it so much you'd listen to other music from me.  It's harder to sell CDs these days and Electric Fetus definitely knows this.  If any big girls were offended, that's unfortunate.  

Hopefully, some of you checked out my personal music too and can appreciate the lyrics and beats from all local Minnesota cats. You can buy at any Electric Fetus or other local shops and on the internet.  I'm sorry "Hey Big Girl" will be only available for free download.  I went a different route on this one, no regrets though.  Keep clicking like, dislike and comment on it.  It all benefits us in the long run.
