That day to celebrate presidents

I’ve seen President’s Day, Presidents’ Day, and Presidents Day. (watch the ads on TV or in print) Which is it? I’m with the plural possessive, since we celebrate Lincoln and Washington specifically. Or do we celebrate all presidents? Then it should be like Veterans Day. Chime in.

Wikipedia suggests there are multiple accepted spellings for Presidents Day:

Washington's Birthday is a United States federal holiday celebrated on the third Monday of February in honor of George Washington, the first President of the United States. It is also commonly known as Presidents Day (sometimes spelled Presidents' Day or President's Day)

AP style = Presidents Day

However, "Washington's Birthday" remains the official federal term for the holiday.

I guess it's up to each individual. I'll tell you one thing, I sure as hell am not going to celebrate Rutherford B. Hayes! I'll pay tribute to the other 43 but Hayes can suck it!

Aw, don't hate on Rutherford Hayes. He wasn't quite as bad as you might think.
