The Slice: KEBS Records

Sadkin – “Saints of Catalina”
Duluth band Sadkin worked with director Henriette Blade to bring together actors, visual artists and ballet dancers to create this video loosely based on the classic dance performance and film Ballet of the Red Shoes. Originally posted April 12.
Nat Harvie featuring Alan Sparhawk – “Red”
Let there be no doubt that slipping into a pink suit, getting in touch with your animal side and dancing like a woman are the keys to music video excellence. Toss in an Alan Sparhawk cameo to put it over the top and let videographer Nik Nerburn take care of the rest. Originally posted July 25.
Superior Siren – “Rattlesnake”
The song “Rattlesnake” has been in Superior Siren’s repertoire for years, but was re-imagined in 2024 with the addition of Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra concertmaster Erin Aldridge. The video is directed by Illy Killy with videography from Chris Linder of Lakedrop. Originally posted July 26.
Indecent Proposal – “The Cage”
Duluth band Indecent Proposal released four music videos in 2024, all set at interesting locations around town. “The Cage” was shot on the S.S. William A. Irvin ore boat museum. The featured actors are Kelly Killorin, Stuart Gordon and Danielle Thralow. Originally posted Aug. 14.
Lanue – “Fire in My Mind”
Sarah Krueger goes sailing aboard Papa Gaucho on Lake Superior with Jerree Small, Alan Sparhawk and Emma Deaner in the Lanue video for the title track of the 2022 EP Fire in My Mind. The video was shot by Keely Zynda with sound and additional editing by Ethan Gibbs. Originally posted Sept. 4.
Riding the Duluth Traverse Time Lapse
