The Slice: Duluth Poet Laureates Reading 2022

A series of readings was held in October celebrating past poet laureates of Duluth and introducing the next generation of the city’s poets.

In its series The Slice, WDSE-TV presents short “slices of life” that capture the events and experiences that bring people together and speak to what it means to live up north.

I was tempted to create a separate post for references to Duluth in TV & Media because one of the people in the video is wearing a PDD shirt, but because the reference is from local media that appears on Perfect Duluth Day itself, I was worried that this would put into motion a perpetual chain of self-referencing posts that would take over the site. 

So I'll just leave it as a comment along with the note that it was also nice to see a short interview with regular contributor David Beard.
