These homes are great, although I don't understand why zoning and setback requirements can't be changed to allow more house on less lot. Why do we need a 25' front yard?

Really dig the design. With bolder exterior colors, reminds me of houses I’ve seen in Iceland and photos from Greenland.

It took me a while to get around to mentioning it here, but on the very day this post was published I was in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, and walked in front of La Casa Estrecham, or "the narrow house," which is about 5 feet wide and is considered the narrowest house in the Northern Hemisphere.
