I believe WEBC had a slogan and I had won a T-shirt of this:

“WEBC blew the WAKX outta my ears”

I cannot seem to find any archives of this.

Any thoughts?

It seems that at least one other person on the internet shared that memory, but the Google link only leads to a public Facebook page with limited search options.

That such a slogan existed seems quite likely based on this very detailed description of the rivalry between WEBC and WAKX found in chapter 7 of a master's thesis from the late 1990s:
