The lake side of Minnesota Point, well past the airport.

From the willows and the cobbles you can tell it's along one of the creeks, but I don't know which one.

The Minnesota Point guess is a good one, but refers to the wrong shelter.  Here's the MN Point shelter.

Miller Creek is correct! This is above Lincoln Park, just past where the creek passes under the Piedmont/Trinity intersection.

In the past year or so, I have encountered many more homeless settlements in Duluth's green space than ever before. Is the homeless population increasing?
