With 41 out of 41 precincts reporting, Emily Larson and Chuck Horton are the winning candidates in the mayoral race, advancing to the General Election in November. Jay Fosle and Janet Kennedy advance in the Fifth District City Council race.

Horton got clobbered. He won only one of 34 precincts ... in Morgan Park, #33. And even that one wasn't a blowout.

Poor Chuck, about to get trounced by a lady, an affront to his manhood to be sure. I bet he could almost feel the power coursing through his veins until this cold slap of reality set in.
