We have a huge, nasty ice dam on our roof. Has anyone used a removal team that was good or that ruined your roof?

Joel Perrin has been removing snow from roofs for years. 218-220-9932.  He is insured and has references available if needed.
He and his crew took care of my roof before Chrsitmas.  He also did my Mom's roof.  She said it was the second time he did that for her and he only charged her $20 more than he did a number of years ago.
