And then there was the time Wilco brought out Alan Sparhawk, Mimi Parker and Richard Thompson for a rendition of “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald”

That was something.

That was the highlight of the concert for me. Incredible! Only thing that could have topped it would have been if Dylan came out and participated in the jam in some way.

And there were bonus lyrics. A highlight was Tweedy touting the key to the city and saying it's nice to be home again. "Now go make us a sandwich." And "Less Than You Think," which I've never heard of them doing live before. I was hoping for the 15-minute drone like on A Ghost is Born.

Now that I think of it, that song came right after the Low appearance, so it was an homage. A-ha!

I didn't really expect it -- but it would have been nice to hear maybe 2 words from Bob, like Hello Duluth! or Good-night Duluth! But he is Bob after all.

Edmund Fitzgerald was something, true.

He probably didn't realize it was Duluth. Maybe they were keeping it a secret. Pausing midriff to ask why no one told him he was doing a show here. That would've been awesome.

Reminds me, once Springsteen was in Michigan, I think, and kept saying "Ohio!" until someone in the band leaned over and told him he was in Michigan, not Ohio.

If you watch this to the end, the security guy confronts him and the guy with the phone says "I'm just talkin' to my mom."

^^I took that video. Sorry it was so horrible. I was up closer just prior and wish I would have stayed in the mix to take a better video. glad the audio was decent though.

After I told the security guard I was talking to my mom he asked if he could see. I then just shut it off instead of putting up a fight with him. He kept harassing the group of people I was with for snapping pics in between sets and at one point, I held my wallet up like I was recording a video and he ran over to me to take my phone then realized it was just my wallet. Haha.
