Duluth Real Estate Agent Recommendations

Gary Kalligher and/or his wife from REMAX.  My vote, hands down.

I've used Jeff Urbaniak now with North Point and found him honest, professional and his cut was miniscule.

Tiss Underdahl from Overman. She rocks, an excellent buyer's agent. She worked with us when we bought our new digs and was so great, I can't say enough about her.

Gary Kalligher was my buying agent a couple years ago and was great.  He's a pro, and knows how to keep things moving from start to finish. He's well connected too, which makes getting last minute access to places much easier when out looking.

My husband used Tony Vatalaro and had a great experience. He not only showed him lots of different properties, but also had great advice for what things to avoid in home buying.

+1 for Urbaniak if you are looking for someone who will do the work for cheap.

I have used Alicia Lokke with Messina Realty many many times. She is quick, reasonable and always does her job professionally. I wouldn't ever go with anyone else.

Oh and Alicia does lots of houses, but also lots of property. She listed some for me as well.

Alicia Lokke is fantastic! There were certain things that we were looking for in a house and she always came through. Alicia is very professional and on top of everything. We will definitely be using her again when we decide to buy another home!

Another vote for Alicia Lokke.  She helped us find a house on a very short time frame (2 days to be precise), answered all of our calls and made sure closing went smoothly.  This was after another agent went dark on us at the last minute.

Have used Kathy Mathias numerous times and find her to be professional, prompt and truthful.  Coldwell Banker East West.  She does a great job, no pressure and has insight and knowledge that one might not think about when buying a home.

On the cusp of buying some land now and wanted to leave this feedback: Tony Vatalaro, hands down has been the best real estate experience I've had in this town. He knew his shit and managed to answer all of our questions comprehensibly and without rush. From land issues to solid recommendations for different contractors.
We did try Alicia Lokke as she was so highly recommended, she seemed perfectly nice but as far as searching for land to build on and questions surrounding that issue she just didn't have the knowledge.
