Special Redistricting Panel
It's a lot of raw data, so you may have to dig a bit to find what you're looking for. Or wait until the major media outlets disseminate it.
The Duluth legislative districts have changed though, now Duluth is made up by districts 7 and 3 instead of 6 and 7. I haven't been able to find out where the lines exactly are though, that map doesn't go into enough detail.
Here's the House map, showing Districts 7A, 7B and 3B. I think the gray line separating St. Louis and Lake County is supposed to be green to note the separation of 3B from 3A

My take from spending five minutes looking at the map: 3B would be Mary Murphy's former House District 6B, 7B is still Kerry Gauthier's House District and 7A is still Tom Huntley's House District. Put 7A and 7B together to get Roger Reinert's Senate District 7.
Yeah, its turned out that way. I live two streets from the border between 3 and 7, so I was curious to see if the lines would shift. At least in Duluth where I am, they stayed the same.
MPR has a set of maps that let you get down to decent street level boundaries for the redistricting, even lets you compare the old vs the new side by side and you can type in your address to see where you are:
