Hillfest 2010: Food, games, music, art

Come check out the action at Hillfest on Saturday from 3 to 7 p.m. on the corner of Sixth Avenue East and Fourth Street.

Don’t miss this new free Hillside event! Live music from Treetop Tango, Boomchucks, and more. Kids activities include a climbing wall, bike clinic & rodeo, activities by the Duluth Children’s Museum. Sign up for the Whole Foods Coop’s “Tofu Toss”!

Walk, bike, or roll down to Hillfest. Free parking is also available in the St. Mary’s 4th St. parking ramp.

Curses!  I missed it, and now I'll never know what a Disintegrating Tofu Toss is.

Frank Jewell and a guy named Carl won, turns out Carl used to be a serious baseball player. Two girls -- Ella and Mari -- came in 2d place. That was some tofu toss!
