Anyone Recognize this Dog?

oh no!  you guys can't have a third dog!  i hope you find it's owner. he is so cute.

I recognize that animal as a gargoyle-like manifestation of Satan himself. But the CUTE version of Satan!

It's not mine, but I've got to ask: does it have clipped ears, or are they just standing up because it's looking up? (If they're clipped, it may be quickly recognised by local veterinarians -- it would be a very weird thing to do to a pug.)

I saw those ears and thought there was some breed other than pug involved.
