Renegade's Out of the Hat Plays

Eight writers randomly pick subjects and locations out of a hat. They have only 12 hours to compose a 10-minute play using those elements.

At 8:30 the next morning, the directors and actors arrive. They are randomly assigned to the plays and work begins.

At 7:00 that same night, the show is up and running with only the costumes, props and set pieces the participants could scrounge up during the day.

At the end of the Friday show, while the audience is still there, the writers pick new subjects and locations and rush home to start the whole process over again for Saturday night.
